You had a nice run pup. Goodbye. :sniff:

Awww Griff, sorry to hear of your loss :(

Bye Bessie

glatt 11-01-2006 03:59 PM

Bessie was a smart dog, laying down on the correct side like that. :) I'm sorry for you. :(

Shawnee123 11-01-2006 04:03 PM

I am sorry too. God bless that sweet dog, and you and yours.

That was a cute comment, glatt...I wouldn't have noticed it had you not pointed it out...I hope it gives Griff a smile. :)

I'm sorry for your loss, Griff. How long did you have her?

bbro 11-01-2006 04:13 PM

I'm so sorry. That sucks

Spexxvet 11-01-2006 04:22 PM

You have my sympathy. It's tough when any family member dies.

Elspode 11-01-2006 04:29 PM

Condolences from me and my fur children to you and yours, man.

We had her 14 years. Neither of my daughters remembers a world without Bess. I always get a kick out of that picture. It really catches the essence of Bessie, always trying to do whatever we wanted her to... well, except for the stealing eggs bit. :)

Sorry to hear of your loss G.

It's worse because the dogs are always innocent.

Your description is everything you ever could want from a pupdog.

She helped make your life more complete.

I have a tear.

mrnoodle 11-01-2006 04:53 PM

That really sucks, sorry for your loss man.

Trilby 11-01-2006 05:26 PM

What a sweet picture. My thoughts are with you and yours, Griff. she looks like she was a much-loved doggie.

Iggy 11-01-2006 05:33 PM

I'm so sorry for your loss. I am sure she had a long happy and healthy life. My condonlences to you and yours.

Aliantha 11-01-2006 05:49 PM

So sad. I'm sorry for you Griff.

Hoof Hearted 11-01-2006 05:54 PM

The sorrow of loss is but the measure of how great the love.

Eventually you will be able to remember her with smiles instead of tears. I read somewhere, that the reason we say we have a hole in our heart when we lose someone/thing we love, is so we have space to love others and new pets that need us in their lives.
Keep her legacy of love alive and give love to another needy animal.
