First floor is a family room with powder room. Second floor is a master bedroom with bathroom. Once Mrs. Dallas and I move into it, we're going to rip out the carpeting and wallpaper (both dating from well before we bought the house in 1994) and paint and stuff. Then Miss Dallas gets it, and we repaint and re-floor her current room for Young Master Dallas, whose small bedroom will become Mrs. Dallas' office.

During moments of particular annoyance I've threatened to put both kids in the current small bedroom together and let the adults divvy up the remaining rooms. But I like this... I think I'll start threatening with the crawlspace. |
