It is not a close-up; it is about as big as a volkswagen bug.
You ordinarily would never see this.
The noise/blue pixels are irrelevant to the ID of the object. crappy camera.

OK. I'm looking at it differently now, and I'm imagining a long exposure time and glowing things are leaving streaks. But whatever they are, they are going in the same direction. They don't cross each other much. Like embers shooting up into the night sky, but slower and in a more lazy way.

Edit: It's not camera shake though, because each path is different. It reminds me a lot of BigV's picture of moths in the stadium lights.

and thinking about it all wrong. It was 1/60 of a sec or shorter. There was no movement involved.

Actually, not layers. Not a filter or seal.
