Breakfast Burritos
In your opinion, what should be in them ...and what should not?

Scrambled eggs, sausage, cheeze, onion, salsa, and anything else you can think of.

eggs cheese spicey stuff leftover meats... never bell pepper

Eggs, cheese, meat of some sort, potatoes. I don't like veggies with my eggs. I'll add fruit on the side if I want a more "complete" breakfast.
I think that most breakfast burritos have a problem with all of the textures being the same - especially if they are reheated. If they are made fresh, I'll use bacon over sausage to add a contrasting texture. I'll try to make the potatoes more crispy for the same reason. If that's not possible and it's for a more grab and go, I'll heat it up in the panini grill rather than the microwave. This helps with any soggy tortilla situations and adds a needed crunch. |
Wawa:
Egg white, pepper jack, shredded steak (like in a cheesesteak) spinach, salsa. The old chic fila burrito: Chopped nuggets, shredded cheddar, grilled onion and green pepper, salsa. |
I'll stick to my sausage and bacon butty with brown sauce.

eggs cheese sausage
unwrap the burrito and put its contents on a plate throw tortilla wrap away eat it with a fork |
Eggs, sausage and/or bacon, onions, bell peppers, cheese, and just a touch of Texas Pete's, wrapped in a large tortilla.

Besides TP is made in Winston-Salem, NC. What do they know. Walmarts is made in New Orleans even though there is no mention on the bottle. |
I like egg white. less salty than the scrambled they serve, too.
