I'm really quite sad at the moment.

I'm not posting any details, nor looking for anything. I just needed to "say" that.

I'm not at that point yet either, just closer than I like to be.

We're here to listen when you are ready. Sometimes just talking it out helps.

I have a lot of information resources regarding help, including access to nationwide info.

Yes and no Syc, some days are better than others. Thank you for asking.

Time heals, and it will continue to. In the meantime, I'll be ok. Wether I like it or not.
