Anyway I'll go first so that newbies don't need to be afraid :

1) Depends on the task, but I try to stick to "form follows function"
2) Back... easier to grab the paper I need with one hand (so that I can keep on holding my phone/book with the other) by pushing the roll against the wall

4) Didn't have one. Probably "Mighty Eagle" from Angry Birds, the retired version
5) Give the handmade stuff I got from the last charitable fundraising. If I really have to make some easy woodworking.
6) After dinner in restaurants or at friends' I always ask for a double espresso
