Had an Indian food "Tasty Bite" Meal for lunch with wild rice. I think it is called Jaipur Vegetables. It's pretty good. Spicy, but good.

I was really naughty (again) and had a McD's Fillet'o'Fish meal (fillet, fries and a latte)... mainly, it shames me to say, because I am collecting the Monopoly stickers to play for prizes...

That's my third McDs this week.

To make up for it I had a very simple and relatively healthy snack for tea (dinner): a tin of mackerel fillets in tomato sauce, over wholemeal toast.

It's not something I can eat often. But once every Preston Guild I get a craving for them :P

Cafe did a first: to-order gourmet burgers, hot off the grill. It was a wait, but what a great big fat burger with colby cheese (plain except for some salt) and saratoga chips.

that sounds yummy!

I had a sweet potato. Was v. good. :)

footfootfoot 04-05-2011 12:09 PM

dunno but I'm hungry and I have a house guest so I should damn well get on with it......

Toasted millet bread with melted gouda cheese and salsa. Plus a bunch of watermelon and some chocolate almond milk awhile ago. I'm choosing random things out of the fridge before they go bad, as usual.

kerosene 04-05-2011 01:50 PM

some chunks of Parmesan cheese, some black forest ham and half a banana. Nothing else really sounded good.

skysidhe 04-05-2011 07:58 PM

watermelon?! It must be good to be a Texan. :)

I didn't eat lunch but I made up for it by eating a lot of fettuccine alfredo for dinner.

Trilby 04-06-2011 12:34 PM

roast beef sammie with horseyradish sauce.

This time of year, it sure is. Holding steady at about 80 degrees. Another month and I will probably be less enthusiastic about the whole thing, though.
