I hear that is a kickass piece of work.

Anyone able to recommend some good tango music?

Some Taking Back Sunday, Cake, Bel Auburn, and Break of Day (<--local band).

With a little Frank Sinatra thrown in the mix.

Along the vein of radio paradise (which is pretty much great), there are two shoutcast stations I listen to pretty regularly: http://nugs.net and http://stumbleinthedark.com. Both are quite cool if you're into jam bands, and stumble has been known to slip in such greatness as Pedro the Lion every once in a while. Nugs is the favorite, though, as it tends to play entire live shows by different jam bands, and often offers the entire show for 128kbps mp3 download.

edit: Also, people in Pittsburgh, Listen To More Public Radio. 91.3fm WYEP is insanely great, and they do a lot of cool stuff in the community. Not too long ago I got the chance to go down to a little theatre in, I believe, 'Sliberty (East Liberty to non-residents) and see The Beatles' "Hard Day's Night" film. Just cool, especially for a young kid who didn't get to see all this stuff when it was the big thing.

I have some kinda gypsy Franco- Argentinian- Finnish- Djangoesque accordion tango (Oscar Alleman, Cafe Accordion Orchestra, Baguette Quartet) All great!, but would also love to find some good, classic tango tipica. Ya know, forbidden dance and all. I'll let you know if I hear anything good. :)

I'm afraid I don't have the upload capability for something like that. You just have to keep your eyes open for when things like that are available.

Anybody have knowlege of the edgier side of spanish guitar? Tony Bandaras did a couple of pretty lame movies where he was an assasin who played some pretty cool licks. Any knowlege of where that sound falls on the musical spectrum?
