Many formats you can use in whatever word program you are using and print.

I just fixed the spelling and gross grammer errors but I'm not up on resumes. I figured some of you people would be hip to the resume thing.
Besides, we want Eric to get a good job so he can give Billy a job where he can travel around taking great pictures of China for us.

As it just so happens, I am trying to drum up some work online writing resumes for people, so I gave yours a quick try. You need to have a clearly stated employment goal at the top of your resume. I don't know what job you are applying for, so I just put in "Engineering Director." You can fill in whatever the actual job title is that you are hoping to get.

Generally, jobs are listed in reverse chronological order, and the use of the first person "I" is avoided. Its also important to list whatever achievements you accomplished at each of your jobs. I wasn't sure about your position(s) at your first place of employment, but it sounds as though they promoted you, so put that in.

Usually salary is negotiated when the job offer is made, so don't put down a desired salary on your resume.

Use "action" words like "implemented," "coordinated," "supervised."

Let me know if you find this revision useful and good luck!

Thanks Mari, I questioned the "mechanistic design and Automatization", also.
Apparently those are the terms the school uses.

They make very popular stoves and lanterns. My guess is that most Boy Scout troops in the USA use Coleman lanterns.

xoxoxoBruce 04-23-2006 01:24 PM

Oh yes, Coleman is one of, if not the, largest camping gear manufacturers. I say the best known name in the business.
Eric, I've always relied on Coleman for quality products.....don't screw it up.

You're welcome! Let us know if you get an interveiw, or better yet, get the job! Would that mean moving to the US or is it working for them in China?

I have lots of Coleman gear among my camping equipment. I wouldn't leave home without it! Good luck! ;)
