Go Nevada!

I hope this happens

I'm all for this one, but even as a decided Social Liberal, I'm gonna have to draw the line when they propose allowing the Man-Boy Love Society to operate freely there.

Good lord I hope so.

anyone want to take a guess at the chances that the revenue generated from taxes would be used to compensate for the increase in healthcare costs?
I'll put my vote in at 20%

Taxes? They could only tax it if the Feds made it legal. As it is, all they can do is never prosecute it. Maybe the massive amounts of money saved in court costs and imprisonment could go to health care, but 20% sounds about right for that, too.

Actually, Tennessee passed a law taxing illegal drugs. Of course to buy the tax stamps you had to order them by mail or show up in person.

And they promised not to share the information with law enforcement.:lol2:

And they refuse to sell to stamp collectors. Let me guess, a little RFID chip is embedded in each stamp.

And it appears they are using the law as an excuse to increase property confiscation.

I wonder what the estimate is for total sales of illegal drugs in a year. You may have something here.
