Just another reason why N Korea needs to be engaged in a world community so that special powers within government no longer operate independently outside control of their own leadership. A North Korea engaged with the world would find such operations to be criminal and counter productive to Korean interests. A N Korea where the power brokers have unlimited power; where the world has no say or knowledge as to what happens inside that country - this is what happens when a country is not engaged in the world.

N Korean counterfeit hundreds (I don't remember which denominations that article described, but N Korea counterfeit hundreds have long been known) have long been considered difficult to detect. That story is a new example of old news. 'Dog bit man' is no longer news.

This is the kind of thing we need better spec-ops for. No war, just a few key building go up in flames and certain people have nasty accidents.

Of course, in addition to these magic operatives, we would need some decent intelligence too.

They found millions of US dollars in Iraq. Has anyone heard if they were real or phony?
