Dreamt of McCain last night
 

Yep. I had a sex dream about John McCain last night--a really hot one. I think this means he's going to win.

Seriously, though, why would I have a sex dream about John McCain? Makes no sense, but now I am obsessed with him.

Why does this happen to me?

The dude is 70, which perhaps ought to rule out both presidential ambitions in 2008 and participation in hot sex dreams.

You're not certain whether he'll make it through a first "term" in the "oval orifice", and he'd certainly not be up for a second one.

Is this a good time for me to throw in a comment about how my brother was hanging out with him at the bottom of the Grand Canyon a couple weeks ago?

The Senator was on vacation the same time as my brother, and since a backcountry place like the Grand Canyon is pretty sparsely populated, they spent a fair amount of time together. Ate together at the same table at Phantom Ranch. Lobbyists would drop several grand for that kind of access, but my brother and his son just talked with McCain about the stuff they saw in the Canyon that day. Apparently McCain is focused on the Canyon.

I'm jealous. I wish I was a septagenerian who spent time in a North Viet Nam prisoner of war camp and got smeared by the W boys in the 2000 primaries. Then Bri would dream of me. :sniff:

I'm a McCain fan, although I'm concerned he's starting to pander a bit too much. I liked him because he had a wide independent streak and seemed to be the straightest shooter of the herd a few years ago. Now I don't know.

I've *never* considered sex with him, though, not even for someone else.

That is what is so weird--totally out of the blue. I hadn't even seen him on TV in a good while. Why him? Why NOT Spexxvet? And how could a republican be so hot? (and, he WAS hot in my dream)

You need either a Jungian or Freudian dream analysis. Do you have "Father" issues? Did you climax in your dream?

Nonetheless, I think sex dreams are great. I just wish I had more control over them while they're occuring; it always seems like "close but no cigar" with mine.:sniff:

I have dreamt of sex with my hated maths teacher, and that I had a crush on my Dad (in the dream I was missing him as badly as I would miss a boyfriend).

Still, all my recent dreams are of being pregnant so perhaps I am maturing under the influence of the Cellar.

Or just under the influence, I don't know.

But was it a good dream (aside from the hatred part)? Or a nightmare?
