Flourless Chocolate Cake
 

Anybody have a tried and true recipe for flourless choco. cake? I've been looking around and there are so many variations--some you add coffee, some you add dark bread crumbs to (I kid you not), and I've never made one but want to for holidays. Any suggestions?
