I figured we should start the process on that date, since a lot of people are away right now - traffic is about half what it normally is.

Seriously how does this work? Do people get nominated or just toss their hat in the ring? Are the candidates chosen by the powers that be? Just curious.

We'll have a nomination phase and an election phase. Anyone may be nominated as long as they accept the nomination.
