I have people sometimes apologize for a broken/misconfigured computer, like it was their fault that somebody else decided that it was a good idea to let the default power management scheme *turn off* the network card to conserve power. When the machine was plugged into the wall. :smack:
No, it's not your fault, please don't feel badly. Hey, even the repair guys deserve an easy one once in a while. Additionally, if you didn't ever have any problems, you wouldn't have any need to call or apologize. But my children would be hungry. So don't worry. I like fixing things.
