It'll be great! We can go look at some guns, shoot some Uzis at this range by my house...then we can go to Mama Campisi's and get some delicious pasta!

Awww, Shawnee, don't be a stick in the mud! I'm no NRA fan, but the NRA coming to St. Louis represents the only chance that I'll probably have for a while to get my conservative friends to come to the Lou.

I've been in the Arch! It was years ago during the big flood; my ex husband's family reunion was somewhere in that vicinity or something, perhaps at Pere Marquette State Park in Illinois. God my memory sucks.

Anyway, NRA or not, wish we could have a big old get together in St Louis!

Just wondering...has anyone ever accidently got shot at one of these things? Or does the "Prayer Breakfast" have that covered? ;)

I wish I could take you. I have never been but always wanted to go. I am a member of the NRA and GOA. I do think GOA is a better organization all around though.

I didn't even go the NRA convention when it was in Philadelphia.
