a: It's an almost criminally insensitive comparison.
b: The underlying statement, once you get past the insensitive part, is factually wrong. The laws he broke were on the books and he got caught red handed.
c: Hearing a man nicknamed "The Hammer" crying about oppression is profoundly ironic. You didn't see Saddam bitching like that when they hung him. (How's that for insensitive).
