We Westerners are really sexually inhibited and hung-up to the point of deviance being the norm.
This is an excellent idea, not prostitution in any way and could really help a lot of people, couples and families in so many ways I hesitate to even try to pin down even a few examples.

I would never use something like this but I don't have any problem with it.

I don't think it is prostitution because only 15% of cases actually had sex, not that there is anything wrong with prostitution anyways.

I think this should be a last resort but if it works, it probably could do a lot for relationships and confidence.
