Web site content categorization survey
 

I'm looking for people to take a "survey" I've put up at http://www.washoecounty.us/health/surveys.html. I'm currently working on changing how the content on the site is categorized and would appreciate anyone taking a few minutes of their time to fill the survey out. This is essentially going to ask under which category you would expect to find certain information.
