I'd like to point out the difference between exercise and transportation. But I'm not sure I can. ;)

Exercise is something an individual does to improve their health and appearance; transportation is something a country does to get rid of its criminal element... and therefore improve their health and appearance.

You mean they give them a bottle of wine and a bicycle - and send them back to France?
