My favorite reasoning (at least for now)

"Who is the dad?"

I have a similar type of reasoning sometimes. It goes something like, "I'm the mother, you're the child. Just do what you're told." That usually comes after I've already explained my reasons for my decision and yet my children still seem to think that bugging the crap out of me is going to make me change my mind somehow.

And that's usually followed by, "One more word and you wont be going at all." or something to that effect.

Mine went something like "This is not a Democracy it's a Dictatorship and I'm the Dick."

Mine when the beasties are brawling, is "This is GOING to be a PEACEABLE KINGDOM if I have to wale on all of you to get it!"
My "kids" are critters, thus the Hicks reference.

That's what my parents asked me when I told them I was knocked up. LOL

My boyfriend takes my 2 year old and just tells her "I'm bigger than you...you have no choice."...and continues to pick on her. Yes, she now knows how to lick people upside the face because of him. Silly monkeys.

Well, Hello SquidGirl! Welcome to the Cellar:)

That's...an unusual moniker you have there. Is there a story to it?

Thanks! I've been visiting the Cellar for over a year and I felt it was about time I got involved and made a few cracks of my own :D

My father gave me the nickname when I was little because I was such a 'cuttlefish.' Then, I became obsessively intrigued by the little buggers (or huge, depending on the species).

Thanks for welcoming me to your CellarCommunity!!!
