Facts and fiction.
A few things I’ve stumbled upon, which might or not, be of interest to some.

VA estimates that more than 686,000 veterans died in
2007. About 13 percent of veterans choose to be buried
in VA national and state cemeteries.
That seems a bit more than the 900 per day they throw out. Maybe 1800 a day for that year?

This photo shows the benefits for vets. Which begs the question, $11,830 bucks a year and you can get free drugs and travel. How in hell can you have a mode of transportation for that amount? Sorry. It ain't here. See below!

But! Wait, there’s more. I get no travel or free drugs. This is the got-ya.

VA Directed Travel . $.28.5 per mile Deductible: $7.77 for each one-way trip ($15.54 for each round trip) There is a monthly deductible cap of $46.62 for travel to all VA facilities. Upon reaching $46.62 in deductibles, travel payments made for the b. This is end of what’s on website, so what comes after the (b)?
If you have a procedure that calls for nothing by mouth after midnight and live over 50 miles away, and want to spend time running around for a meal ticket, good luck.
Under 50 miles, carry your ass home and eat.

BTW. I’ve heard nothing about the endoscopy that they farmed out to Humana.
After the report about Murfeesbugh, TN. about not knowing which end to stick the damn thing, I’m not unhappy. Think I saw a thing run across bottom of screen. I guy has HIV and 16 more have hepatitis.
