Google Docs expertise required!
I created a form so my Scrip peeps could place a standing order. It works great -easy to complete, submit and the results are in an easy to read format for me. Love it.
BUT Once I finish editing the "form", it seems I can't access it anymore -only the results. I can't edit it, and the link to embed the form and email it to people are only on the edit page. Now of course I can store these links somewhere else, but it seems clumsy and why can't I edit it? It seems once I close the edit window, all I can edit and share is the responses spreadsheet? The damn edit tool must be hidden in plain sight -can anyone enlighten me? This is important because I do not yet know the nameof one of the teachers so i will need to edit that, and I'd rather like to be able to close that edit window and shut down my computer while I'm waiting to find that out. your time is appreciated, thanks. (Scrip is a fundraiser where you buy gift cards for stores where you would regularly shop at face value -so no out of pocket expense - but I buy them at a discount and the difference goes to support the school. We allow parents to dictate exactly which elements of the schools program their $$ will support, which results in $25K extra for a school of less than 500 -people like to fundraise when they know it's going to their pet project. ) my form |
OK, I found it, thanks. When you go to edit the spreadsheet, there's a menu called "form".
