It's a girl!

Baby girl born to BD#2 at midnight this morning! 6 lbs, 9 oz., at home, with the birthing tub, with an hysterical 10 y.o. big brother watching. Oy.

No name or pics yet, but mom and baby are fine. The are thinking of "star" names, but it might be a while.

Makes the total count 6 granddaughterclouds and 2 grandsonclouds!

Whew! Glad that's over!

Omg! Another one!

Congratulations!! :)

Congratulations!

A star name could be good, but not "Cancer", ok?

Cloud 12-09-2009 04:18 PM

cara, cassiopeia, astrid, stella, lots of "m" names (which they don't want) -- there are lots to choose from and I have NO idea what it will be. Am curious!

Congrats again Cloud!

gets tiring after a while, doesn't it? Fortunately, I have only two daughters; and I think, they're done.

srsly, I hope they're done!

We still get newsletters from the birth center where I had Ripley, and they list the names of all the babies born that month. There are some interesting names on there.... [/understatement]

Not for them, poor things, combined gifts forever unless they choose a religion/non-religion that doesn't exchange gifts this time of year.....

forgot to pass on my good wishes, cloud. Hope all new parents and babies doing well.

Just before Christmas is still better than just after. Mr. Clod is in the first few days of January, so instead of combining gifts relatives would only think of Christmas first and then just totally forget about his birthday.

Same for my husband...his is a few days after, but I like it that way, so I can get good deals on stuff for his birthday. Everyone else just forgets.
