Java Updates

I'm tying to clean some crap/unused stuff off my computer and I have a bunch of these 2, 3, 5, 7 & 20. Can I delete them all, just the older ones or do I need to leave them on there?

I have 2, 3, 5, 7 & 20 and I also just noticed a Java SE - is that or Java 20 the latest?
