Aside from all the nightmares, I've had some very interesting dreams as well. I imagine that the dreams are just my wild side trying to break through. Dreams are not real. So I won't go into them. Unless your living the American Dream, all else buckles under pressure and is useless.

I think you should ask for a medication reevaluation. You feel ready to discuss what troubles you/make you tick, which is good, but as soon as you start writing you lose control and it turns into a non-sensical monolog but you still seem to expect a response which suggests you don't realize that.
