World Government

Do you think there will ever be a world government? Will it be imposed, like the Roman Empire, or voluntary, like Star Trek's Federation? Would you be willing to give up your national identity/heritage for the sake of world-wide peace?

Not until there is a colony settlement off-world, so we can still maintain an "us" and "them."

I'm agreeing with Clod about the inevitability of "us" and "them".
