Made in the USA

This is a hoot. The Barack Obama web site has a "Made in the USA" mug that you can get by donating to the cause. One side has a head and shoulders shot of Obama. The other is a copy of his birth certificate.

Someone on his team has a sense of humor.

Love that - VERY creative - Getting one for Merc's Christmas present :p:

I would love to have one! I could take pictures of it at the range as it was shot to shit. :)

Or you could enjoy a cup of good coffee and appreciate the irony.

Funny, I'd kind of like one (not very much, tho) but I cannot buy one. It's a political donation, and as a non-citizen, that is forbidden for me. And I can't give someone money to buy it for me, as that is equally forbidden.

No doubt they'll be on e-bay soon.

Obama for America can accept contributions from an individual of up to $2,500 per federal election (the primary and general are separate elections). By submitting your contribution, you agree that the first $2,500 of a contribution will be designated for the 2012 primary election, and any additional amount, up to $2,500 will be designated for the 2012 general election.
Noticed this at the bottom ... What if he is not challenged and there is no primary?
Or is there always a primary and if unchallenged, he wins by default?

He keeps the money and sends Michelle and the kids on another vacation.
