Version 1 - definitely #1
The other could cause a few problems with some peeps.

Its catchy, but ...

One aspect to this, that is their slogan, and has been for a while.

I think the picture of the girl draws you in more...her smile, for instance.

I'd use version three with her Mom instead.

Heh actually one of my propositions is that i do have a very beautiful Japanese friend who is 40 but looks 32. She could make a less suggestive model.

I'm also guessing this particular young lady could be a issue, because she's not a model -- she's the hostess who just happened to be there when we took pictures of their place.

I like the look of 2. She looks friendly and competant. And quite young and fun. But... I would be a little put off by the proximity of her hair to the food in the picture. Silly, I know, but with food, I am easily put off.

If they were advertising a club, or hotel, she'd be awesome.

Maybe you could have a model in the shirt holding the tray of sushi in front of her. That would take care of the hair issue and let the customer see the delicious raw fish.

#2. Human faces are good for sales. That's why even fugly ass real-estate agents put their mugs up everywhere.

I like 2, too. She has such a great face is there a way to showcase that smile and dimples without obscuring more sushi?
