My grand-daughter (8 yrs) checked a cook book out of the school library,
and spent yesterday going thru their cupboards looking ingredients so she could "cook" something.

Mom took her shopping today, and Abby spent the afternoon cutting, mixing
and melting, hand-dipping each piece of fruit all by herself.
She called and was so excited it was hard to understand anything she said.

Of course you've never seen it like that; it was Taiwanese made. :lol: What I meant is that the Chinese will reinvent anything they know. :p: Just don't try the cheese cake. I didn't like it. :headshake I meant to take a pix of a slice but forgot, and we ate the whole thing. :p: It tasted okay, but I didn't love it. They had other flavors that I thought was really yummy.

Oh yeah, a Korean bakery made tiramisu also. Not so great.

Ahh ok, well that explains it. I'm Italian and I was like...:eyebrow:. Looks good though.

EDIT: Nope, it's Rambutan.

I have some Durian chips in the cupboard.
They taste very creamy.

The fruit inside looks a little like lychee.
