Smilies Infraction
 

To Whom It May Concern:

During our most recent sweep of the Internet, it came to our attention that your list of smilies is not in alphabetical order by name. This is an Infraction of Homeland Security Code 44-Section 209-Catch 22. Smilies must be displayed in a fashion that facilitates at least a level 8 experience for all who visit the Cellar.

If this irregularity is not corrected by November 23, 2011, you know what we'll do. Please don't force us to do it.
