Dear Anonymous

I haven't received the item you mentioned in the PM. I will go to my mail service again tomorrow. I have received 4 wonderful cards and a nice make-a-wish package.

Due to some unforseen circumstances, I don't have a tree this year. Your cards are my only decoritions and I will post a pic of them ASAP.

Love to all of you

ditto!

Sarge mine is almost certainly over the Atlantic as I write this. Be with you mid-week??

Sundae 12-10-2011 02:12 PM

Having checked, I posted mine 26/11.
And the postage MUST be right this time as it was calculated in front of me at the Post Office.

I've saved the receipt too.
I'll go in with all guns blazing if this is delayed due to inadequate postage.

I do mean that metaphorically.
In literal terms I will adopt a cross voice and a pursed mouth.
I might flare my nostrils. And/ or tut.

Your post (mail) is rubbish BTW.

But then I know someone who sent something from the US to the UK that is taking as long. Sorry to bore you with specific details.
So don't give up hope yet.

It's exciting for me anyway. When I log on every day I think it will be the day you get your prize from me.
I'm not trying to big it up, it's just general gifting-impatience.
While it is in transit it is magical and unobtainable.
Not sure how I'll cope when it arrives and has been opened and is just another item.

I recieved a mysterious packages today that I haven't opened. I'm saving them until I move into my temporary residence in Oxford. I'm very excited!!!

Sundae 12-11-2011 02:59 AM

I doubt it's from me. You'd know if it was because of something attached to the outside.

limey 12-11-2011 03:17 AM

You're moving to the UK Sarge?!?! Oxford is not far from Chateau Sundae at all!!

busterb 12-11-2011 08:30 AM

spect he meant Oxford, MS.

Lamplighter 12-11-2011 09:17 AM

It's still not so far.

Lola Bunny 12-11-2011 10:10 AM

So, I'm asking for all those who has the intention but haven't gotten to the postal office yet. Will you still be able to receive our cards if we send it to the original address? Or is there another address we should send it to now?

Big Sarge 12-11-2011 01:31 PM

I'll still have the same mail service. I'll get my mail the normal 2 times a week. Things aren't that bad. I'll be in Oxford for a week and then move into my new permanent abode.

Thank you all for sending cards & packages. These are really going to brighten my new home!!

Sundae 12-11-2011 02:06 PM

Dwellars are good people, Sarge.
Of course they want you to be happy.
