Everything is made better by adding.......
Bacon? Sharp Cheddar? Chocolate?
These three have all been discussed at various times in connection with their ability to improve most foods by their addition. But which is best? Which, in your opinion, improves other foods the most or improves the most foods (whichever you think is most important). And who would like to try chocolate-coated bacon rolls with a sharp cheddar filling? Did I just invent heaven or hell? :yum: No write-ins. I don't care if your organic cat-cheese and pickled cannabis relish puts these three in the shade. :headshake |
Ironically, one thing that bacon doesn't improve is chocolate.
I've had the bacon chocolate bar that's been posted here before, and wasn't impressed. |
By sharp cheddar do you mean mature?
|
yes.

Cool :0
Cheese is probably the one that I use most with most foods most often. |
I have a friend who works in restaurants.
It is a well known rule: If in doubt, add cheese. If in serious doubt, add cheese and bacon. |
I could live and die with a good cheddar cheese. Even over bacon!

if write-ins were allowed, apparently Hebe's would be butter......she may have a point. Chocolate was her next vote -and that was before i told her what the three options were
|
Jalapeno.

I'm not writing in (Miss! Miss! Flint is cheating!)
But if I was, I would agree with him. Just about everything except cornflakes is improved by strong cheddar and jalapenos. |
Good lord, Woman, have you not tried cornflakes with grated cheddar, lightly toasted????
|
Actually I understand they can be used as a lazy-bones topping for some dishes.
But not for breakfast imho. |
