This amazing image is a from a book titled In The Womb: Animals.

It looks awfully spacious in there.

Spacious and brighter than I expected.

You get that from a womb with a view.

I strongly suspect that is a real but dead elephant foetus photographed outside the womb (e.g. after miscarriage) and then photoshopped onto a suitable background.

The pictures were generated using ultrasound scans and 'computer graphics'.

A womb with a hue. A pinkish hue.

The color makes me think of heffalumps (and woozles.)

I'm gonna beat Zen on this one with: "A womb-wide view"

...and just try saying that 3 times fast.

Yeah. The problem is they used a nuclear flashbulb.

The inspiration for Mancini's other song, the Baby Elephant Gawk.

All the more room for the stuffing. Garlic, lemon and sundried tomato might be good....
