Haven't seen white eggs here for years.
I only ever use brown. Not by choice, just as I've said above. I have to adjust American recipes because we (my family) generally buy freerange large eggs, and the recipes are calculated on medium. Also IMHO the yolks are better in freerange - when A from school gifts me some eggs I save them for scrambled eggs or omelettes, they're so rich! |

It's a new thing. They can't leave well enough alone. You can't even get regular bubble gum anymore, it has to be Cherry Tropical Smash Face Sponktacular Berry flavor or something.
And we all know what they did to coffee. So yes, as part of Mrs Obama's initiative to lower child obesity rates, they have replaced a small portion of the nougat with scrambled eggs. They're really not awful, and you feel healthier just eating them. |
