Beef Meatball Bourguignon
Made this yesterday. One of the finest dishes I have ever cooked. Red wine and beef stock, browned/crisped pancetta, crimini mushrooms and carrots, goddamn it was just great.

I used extra wine to make it more saucy!
Then I drank what was left in the bottle and made ME more saucy. |
