Clearly I'm giving this too much thought, because it's a silly list.

But here's what I understand from the link. There's a company that gives/sells stickers to school teachers, and those teachers hand them out to reward good behavior in students. The students read the code off the sticker and go to the company's website where they can enter to code to get points they can apply towards fabulous prizes (i.e. cheap crap made in China.) So the company crunched the numbers of which kids had the most sticker points, and which had the fewest, and came up with this list. Seems to me, the really rotten kids wouldn't get any stickers at all, so they wouldn't even show up in the company's database.

This list is a list of the good kids, and the mediocre kids. The rotten kids are so bad, they don't even rank.

My perfect sister is on the bad girl list.
Her teen pregnant daughter is on the good one (who to be fair is a very good mum)

I'm worse than both and on neither.
