What is this? It has been in every section of my favorite thrift store over a period of several month and apparently nobody knows what it is. Can The Cellar prevail?

I know what it is and where it goes. I don't know how you got it but I know where I left it.

:D

Boston Warehouse Marshall Green Potato Masher, Earth-Friendly Kitchen Tool

haha just found that myself and came to post it, thanks!

what search terms did you use? I was successful with Rastafarian Mexican plastic hair tool

monster 01-21-2015 07:22 AM

I'll probably get banned from places for having a racist search history

glatt 01-21-2015 07:26 AM

I thought it might be some sort of sewing or knitting tool, but then after looking at it again, it looked more like a kitchen tool, and then I thought it must be a potato masher, so I searched for potato mashers.

I've been thinking kitchen or laundry tool, but never crossed my mind to put it near a potato! looks like it would be pretty useless -no wonder someone donated it!

I found it in the toy department yesterday so decided to end the mystery.

I'm glad it's not a sex toy

We own this potato masher, and it actually works really well. It's just a pain in the ass to store in a drawer. It's always making the drawer get jammed when you try to open or close it.

Not meaning to belittle your pain, but ALL potato mashers are drawer-unfriendly.
When I rule the world, all kitchens will have specific deep drawers for items like this.

Or maybe I'll just make everyone eat Smash instead.
Bwahahahahaha!!!! Depends how benevolent I feel.

I, for one, welcome our potato masher overlords. :-)

Sundae, deep drawers don't help, they just need to be in utensil holders on the counter. more counter space is what we need.

I thought it might be a Weeble, depicting Rastafarian Beest.
