June 28th, 2017: Russia's Banksy
 

Nikita Nomerz is Russia’s Banksy. Most famous in the country like Banksy, but without the social/political bent.
One does not do that in Russia, at least for very long and he’s been doing it over seven years.

His work is mostly on abandoned structures but he does other stuff with the owner’s permission or even at the owner’s request.
He also does a lot of art festivals. I’d assume a happy face is usually welcome, but in Soviet Russia chances take you.
