Jan 21st, 2020 : Pacific Geoduck

The Pacific Geoduck (pronounced Gooey Duck or Goo-ee-duck) is a very large saltwater clam, found in the US northwest and Canada.
It’s edible, has few predators, and brings $15 a pound in China, $3 a pound more if it’s alive.

They taste good best clam chowder I ever had. Back in the day when I could still eat fish.

Were the pieces still crunchy in the chowder, or cut up too small to tell?

They were cut up pretty small a coarse mince and they were not crunchy.
