Where's governor Arnold? The people of CA are being raped and pilaged for $183 million. 2 banks get $100million and 17 current and former PG&E executives get $83 million as Pacific Gas & Electric emerges from bankruptcy. Guess who gets to pay for this travesty.:mad:
