What are you folks clogging your arteries with today?

I'm deep frying chicken wings in honor of Buffalos Super Futility. I'm frying them in a cast iron skillet in safflower oil since it holds up well under high heat. I'll finish them off with Anchor Bar Wing Sauce.

I think we ate a few pistachios. I watched the game, Badger did our income taxes. I'm not quite sure why.

Looks like we're getting a refund, for once... (Damn lousy grubby government had its larcenous mitts on my money for far too long anyways...)

Made some heavy use of the The Smoker.

Smoked 3 racks o' ribs, a chicken, made venison burgers, chicken fajitas, chicken queso, chile con queso, various dips, chocolate-chunk cookies, and tums for anyone that cared.
