Don't worry. Not ALL of me is back;)

thank you. that's the funniest thing i've heard all day.
And it was a rough day.......

How as everybody's day at work today? I had 25 deals from friday and saturday to clean up and close the month out. I still have 15 in my office when i left. Plus the 2 we did today. A lot goes in to closing out a deal. i sent 14 credit applications to chrysler one after another this morning. man

hey, what do you think about gun control, taxes, and manned space missions? Did you see the matrix?

What's the deal with Jerry Seinfeld?

Ya know what? I think we never DID really land on the moon.

What time you got?

gracielv 02-03-2004 11:07 AM

Ok I deserved that. Sorry for coming back. I will post though. Just not as much.

Aren't you happy that I'm back?

I'm home now, but it wasn't bad...was able to catch up all my leftover shit from the past couple of days. Maybe I can do normal work tomorrow.

Gun control depends on who we're preventing from having a gun. I can deal with taxes...they can roll back the tax cut as far as I'm concerned. And manned space missions are good, but we have to make sure they're as safe as possible, and that we don't cut corners.

Only the first one.

i just like to say " what's the deal with Jerry Seinfeld" cuz he always says,:"what's the deal with...(insert topic of stand up bit here)"

yeah....the moon landing....big hoax......how come i've never seen a picture of the flag we "planted" taken from earth? did they put it on the dark side? did they take it down when they left? or was it really erected somewhere in texas?

We closed early because of the storm.
No. No. Private Enterprise
Sure, watched 'em all.
What was that show about?
If you look real close you can see the golden arches over Neil's shoulder.

Whats up with the book thread? Shouldn't it be under entertainment like the others?

Griff 02-03-2004 06:35 PM

elSicomoro 02-03-2004 06:37 PM

Work itself wasn't so bad, my only real fear was the midnight shift not making it, and having to stay for another 8 hours. Getting home was a bitch though. The driving on the black ice was manageable, but walking across the fucking ice encrusted parking lot and sidewalks took nearly as long as the drive and was far more dangerous.

I hit what I aim at.

Space is infinite, dark, and I'm enough of a geek to think it's really cool when we explore it. I vaguely recall being promised moonbase when I was a kid. I want it and I want to live there.

Saw the first and second movies, missed seeing revolutions because of a failure of technology ... power went out at the only theater in the area where it was playing and next showing post-power failure was way to late.

Nothing.

I think we did. I like to cling to my illusions.
