Beaumont, Texas

The place where I live is called Beaumont. I am originally from Saltillo, Coahuila, in Mexico (I will talk about it later)

Beaumont, as far as I am concerned does not have a founding date, but in 1901 geologists found an ideal spot for digging up oil. they discovered it and they put Beaumont on the Map. It is the ideal blend between city life and country living.(if you want city life, Houston is just 82 miles west of here) the place is close to 150 000 pop.

If there is any place to visit where the bustles of the city meet the quietude of the country, it is the right side of Texas.
