To Lumberjim (just thought I'd call)

so it is that I am foreign? OK, logically that means I am foreign from you. As far as I am concerned, there is nothing wrong with foreigners, but that's me.

one question> Are you from Conneticutt or another northern state?

(just askin')

Have a a blessed day>>>>>>>>>>>>

You probably should take note of the "Post Reply" button. You don't need to make a new thread to respond to a post.

Tom,

i was just joking around. Saying that texans are foreigners is funny to everyone except those of you in texas...and maybe to some of you in texas.

when i said you were probably a foreigner, it was because of your diction. I'd wager that english is not your first language.

that said, there is nothing wrong with being foreign. unless you're french. ( another joke)

you DO have odd posting habits, though. a couple of people have mentioned that there is no need to start a whole new thread for each thing you want to say. in fact, it is frowned upon. as monkey says, just hit "reply" or "quote" if you want to reference something someone said. this should be in the thread that it started iin. I'm honored to have a thread directed at me, but there are those who see my name enough as it is for their liking. if you have any questions about how to work this software, send a pm to someone that you think will know and help. I'll help if i can.

party on.

all right then<<<

Have you ever had that feeling that feeling when all of the sudden you are informed that you were wrong about something you thought you were right? ...

oh well...

Back to business, Are there any Zelda fans out there (or at least nintendo 64)?

oh and I almost forgot, I thought that the threads were single use, ( I really have to get aquainted to this site). any people I disturbed please excuse me (y'know, still a rookie)

TR,

It might help you get a better understanding of how The Cellar works if maybe you lurk around for a while and observe how things are done, ie. whats appropriate for a new thread, or what should just be posted in an already existing thread.

there are different places to go (like Technology , Entertainment ect) for you to talk about things like your video games.

Its probably best if you try not to just bombard the forums with lots of *stuff*. that could get annoying. Just try judge the best place to post what it is you want to say.

However, if you DONT really have anything to say, then dont post it. Try not to post just for the sake of posting.

:)

thats my opinion anyway.

good luck.

Besides, we have lumberjim for that. :)

Zelda is just about the sole reason I used emulators. Until the N64 - last I looked, (a while ago) the N64 emulators weren't quite up to it.

Somehow I never got into actually buying them.

texas people ARE strange. i lived there for 1 1/2 years during my first marriage to a navy guy, and, GET THIS: if you are in a rush and you are driving too close to the car in front of you, they will actually pull over so you can pass them and drive faster without them in your way!!! here, if you do that, the person in the car in front of you is likely to slow down, or even stop short.

For those of you in the northeast, that unfamiliar driving behavior is called: Courtesy. :)
