It's not that the small hands can make smaller stitches, it's that they can reach way inside and clear jammed thread from high-speed sewing machines and looms without having to shut the things down.

Personally, I think it's good that young children are out there earning an income and supporting their parents. After all - dad's gotta pay the mortgage, so who's gonna buy him DVD's or pay for the shit he buys his mistress? Kids <b>do</b> make some damn fine clothing, you know. Plus, they're learning the work ethic at a young age, which is definitely important. Obviously, occasionally there are some accidents - children having their hands ripped off in machines, etc. That's why they're only paid $1 per day - so the money they save on labor can go to improving the machinery.

I wouldn't want to fail to reward such unique talent with my money, nor to fail to honor it by not wearing the garments.

There's a reason Hitler always looked the fashion victim ... Jewish tailors! :)
