From a recent patient: Well, yes, I have been thinking about suicide. I've given it a lot of thought and I've decided on a plan.

New trainee: How are you going to kill yourself?

Patient: Natural Causes

I had a patient tell me that between feeling suicidal and homicidal, he preferred feeling homicidal. He said feeling suicidal was, "too hard on the body."

Agreed.

Hard to imagine.

Killing someone : Thought of a few times.

Killing Capnhowdy : Never crossed my mind.
