According to this article at Behind Enemy Lines, if you use Google language translation service to translate foreign language websites, you can also use it as a proxy server.

Set the target language to translate into, give it the URL and it will translate the site for you. If the website is in English, set English as the target language, and it won't bitch slap you. For expedience it just goes to the site.

So, if you have a fascist government, or a fascist boss, the system thinks you're on Google the whole time.
