What chu wanta know Willis?

You will be imobilized a few long weeks post surgery, i.e. you will not be able to do what you usually do every day easily.

It will hurt, but maybe not so much if you can get them to put in a pain pump in the joint.

You can eventually rehab and go back to doing what you did before, including working out if you rehab as instructed. It will take a while so be patient and do what you are suppose to do or you will set yourself back and have to start over.

Elbows, ankles, and wrists, not so good. Shoulders, hips, and knees, they got that stuff down pretty well.

I was getting "fencing" tennis elbow which turned out to have as much to do with leaning on it typing as anything else.

my left shoulder has been hurting for quite some time, too. I just suck it up and deal with the pain, mary.

You have my sympathy. My sister was attacked by a Canada goose and tore her shoulder fending off the bird. She was doing therapy for weeks before the new doctor diagnosed rotator cuff injury aggravated by the type of therapy she was prescribed. She has told me what she faces dealing with the original injury and the additional insult. Sounds like the only way over it is to go through with the surgery and therapy and accepting long time it will all take to heal. I know she sought other methods but found nothing. Perhaps you will have better luck.

From my research on the webs it seems most RC injuries come down to one of four options (assuming you have the $ or insurance) ranging from best case to worst case:
a) Physical therapy and you are good to go
b) Steroid injections, up to three of them and you are good to go. More than three usually means they are not gonna work, so
c) Debridement, bankhart procedure, or some other sugical stuff, possibly a bursectomy all of this depends on what is wrong with you, have a surgeon who does shoulder surgery all the time look at you and work on you. get referrals and research.
d) you're gonna die, can we have your stereo?

I'm using the cold one wrap, bombay saphire taken orally 2-3x per evening, hiring a couple of minions to help finish the house, and sucking it up, mary.

Good luck

Just hope that they don't fix it by sticking something else into your penis.

Did she sue the bird? Or Canada?
