A new Brit sitcom

Oh, I love it when a really good comedy comes around. It's been a little while since anything sparkly and new hit my tv, so I was delighted when "No Heroics" turned out to be very, very funny. In fact it's currently my favourite show.

I do hope ITV commission another series, six episodes was just not enough!

Here's a promo:

I'm curious about the show...thanks for sharing! My faves are Coupling and Smack the Pony....but I must admit I'm getting into Gavin and Stacey. I LOVE britcoms!

Smack the Pony was great! If you enjoyed it you'd probably also like "Titty Bang Bang" and "Man Stroke Woman".

Why am I always 20 steps behind you?
Heat had a promo spread on this weeks ago, but I didn't recognise the title. I've finally got around to watching the trailer and realised it was the programme I was looking forward to!

Now I just have to see if can find it online, not having a TV at the mo.

Looks great!

*grins* its wicked, in every sense of the word. And i want to sleep with Timebomb, I dont care that he's gay.

Its on youtube, Sundae, every episode split into parts. It may still be available on the ITV Catchup site but their player is total wank. It doesn't buffer, so you cant pause it and allow the data to come in before watching. Given my erratic connection that makes it unwatchable for me.

I tried to watch X Factor on ITV catchup (for a specific incident mentioned elsewhere). You're right, it's the worst of all the chanhels - C4 being the best.

Right! Off to YouTube!

It is so growing on me!
At first I thought it was a bit too gentle... but then Fuse came along and really really cracked me up (babbit)

Actually I quite like The Hotness. He's is very much the kind of man I flirt with. And when I was younger and more needy I would have taken the flirting too far and slept with him, only then deciding I wanted him as a friend because he wasn't my type after all.

Phew, good job I know better now!

Great characters, decent writing. Not as good as Benidrom, but strangely addictive. The Pringles and dips of sitcom.

ETA - Mark Heap! Yum!

*grins* yum indeed.

The show really builds to the end of the series, I think.
